Eligibility

​

• Open only to registered Die Hard App users who are 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of entry.
   

• Users under 18 may use the App but are not eligible to participate in raffles, giveaways, or prize draws.
   

• Open only to residents of jurisdictions where such raffles are legal. Void where prohibited.
   

Entry

• Entry methods include earning raffle tickets through in-App activities or other approved promotions.
   

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase does not guarantee a win.
   

• No mail-in entries are accepted.
   

• Each raffle will clearly display its entry requirements and entry period within the App.
   

Entry Periods

• Raffles may occur multiple times per month on varying schedules.
   

• Each raffle’s start and end dates will be displayed within the App.
   

Ticket Purchases & Limits

• Users may be allowed to purchase additional tickets, subject to a maximum ticket cap to ensure fairness.
   

• Purchasing additional tickets may increase your number of entries but does not guarantee a prize.
   

• Odds of winning always depend on the total number of eligible entries received, regardless of entry method.

Prizes & Taxes

• Winners will receive the prize(s) described in each raffle listing.
   

• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or given to another person.
   

• Fair Market Value (FMV): Determined based on current market prices from reputable sources at the time the prize is offered.
   

• If the FMV of a winner’s total prizes in a calendar year equals or exceeds $600, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.
   

• Winners are solely responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
   

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners are chosen randomly using a verifiable, unbiased randomization process.
   

• Winners will be notified via in-App notification and/or email.
   

• Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
   

Cancellations & Modifications

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any raffle if:

• Fraud, technical issues, or unauthorized intervention compromise its fairness;
   

• Required by law or regulatory authorities.
   

Family Participation Disclosure

• Immediate family members of the founder may participate in raffles. All entries, including those from family members, will be subject to the same rules, caps, and randomization processes.
