Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using the Die Hard App (“App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the App. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Die Hard Technology LLC (“Company”).

General App Use: The App is intended for individuals 13 years of age or older. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Giveaway Participation: Due to legal and tax requirements, only users 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) may enter or win raffles, sweepstakes, or prize-based activities.
Children Under 13: The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.
Accounts are non-transferable without prior written consent from the Company.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.

Engage in fraudulent activity, including falsifying event attendance, screenshots, or location.
Harass, abuse, threaten, or otherwise harm other users.
Upload, post, or share content that is offensive, defamatory, illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
Interfere with or disrupt the security, functionality, or performance of the App.
Attempt to circumvent eligibility restrictions for raffles or rewards.
User Content and Moderation: The Company reserves the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms or applicable law and to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited conduct.

Points earned in the App have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated by the Company.
Reward programs, including point structures, prize availability, and raffle mechanics, may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value at the Company’s discretion.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
Participation in raffles or point-based rewards is subject to additional rules outlined in the Giveaway Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:
You violate these Terms;
We detect suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity;
We discontinue the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Die Hard Technology, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Loss of data, revenue, or profits;
Any inability to access or use the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state participated in, without regard to conflict of law principles.
